Genius Ventures (GV) is a Colorado owned and operated real estate consulting organization.  We have a different philosophy than most other real estate agents and mortgage brokers.  Our focus is the Colorado market not a nationwide firm.  This allows us to focus on the demographics, sales trends, and targeted area based on what you are looking for.  An example of our technology in action allows us to target homes for sale that are within one mile of a light rail station.  The fact that we work specifically in Colorado lets us leverage our business relationships with banks, brokers, real estate agents, and title companies to put you in the best financial situation possible.
