Loan Modifications

If you are unable to refinance your house, that can make times very difficult.  The step between refinancing and selling your house is a loan modification.  This is a niche market that has gone largely unfulfilled.  It was outside the realm of your typical mortgage broker, and real estate brokers just want to sell your house, even a short sale.  GV believes in many cases that a loan modification works out best for both parties.  GV represents one of the leading law firms in this industry.  This project was initially attempted as an in-house process, but GV determined that it was best outsourced to a law firm.

Genius Ventures’ behind-the-scene experience in the call center industry to know what happens when the call comes in.  It goes to some underpaid customer service representative who has a script to read.  That representative isn’t supposed to and doesn’t have the authority to do anything.  When an attorney calls in, they immediately get to the right department.  They typically have multiple files and get things done when they eventually get through.
